It started as a hobby, turned into a passion and soon became an obsession. I love baking and creating new recipes that are completely healthy and absolutely delicious.
To be honest, the journey from being a journalist to a corporate professional to a full time baker and business person has been nothing short of eventful. I remember completing orders till 2am every night just because I had a full time job to keep up with. But I was on a mission to make healthy taste delicious and nothing was going to stop me. Imagine, it took me 8 years to perfect my current chocolate chip cookie to my satisfaction! So today when people ask me "HOW CAN THIS BE HEALTHY", I am happy to say, "I'll bake it in front of you and show you"! Because we got nothing to hide.
